As rumored earlier this year. A new Specialist Design Studio, that incorporates FW, and will deal exclusively in plastic/resin specialist games such as:

Battle Fleet Gothic
Mordheim
BloodBowl
Epic
Warmaster
Horus Heresy
Lord of the Rings

And hopefully more. This is some of the most exciting news of the last 10 years, and I'm eagerly awaiting what the offerings for BFG and Warmaster/Epic will be. With the new technology for sculpting, holy shit you guys...this could be incredible.
