This is a warlord titan recently made in Korea. Heard that FW has verified the model as the first built in Asia. Orctown (the only-one GW dealer in the entire country - yeah it's minor hobby...) has started the event called 'Bring that Titan Down'. People can bring 2000-pt army and fight against the titan. He will neither move nor assault, but just make shooting attacks; it's still horrible as the titan has two apocalyptic blast D-weapon as well as many other D-shots. The titan itself is nearly invincible: AV15 HP30 with six void shields ignoring melta/lance/haywire/psychic. In close combat, it is invisible (only 6 to hit) and never be tarpitted. Korean players - only a few but very enthusiastic for this hobby - are having active discussions about the way to beat him. Any good ideas?

Pro Tip - don't take Dark Eldar, as without Lance or Haywire they really can't touch the thing. I mean, actually literally, aside from the Bomber with it's 2 S9 shots (which lose their Lance), and I guess Taloi in combat (who now only hit on 6's with their single Smash attack) I'm pretty sure there's nothing that can hurt AV15.
As fun as it would be to try to storm that thing with a "real" army (obviously tailored with as many anti-armor things as you can manage), the real winner will simply go to whoever can bring the most S10+ to bear at range, preferably on a Landing Pad for the 4++.
I'm pretty sure this means Tau at range, or possibly Eldar/Dark Eldar alliance to WWP Wraithguard with supporting (read, invis?) psykers to protect against the titan's shooting.

I think a eldar cad + DE cad using Wraithguard mounted in DS raiders would work really well. Tailor the DE to deal with the void shields, and have the wraithguard's str D templates take out the warlord.

Unbound: 15 Militarum Tempestus Command Squads w/ 4 melta-guns each. Make that sucker's D templates scatter onto itself!!

Blood Angel Chaplian with Jump Pack and Vortex Grenade. Get inside Titan minimum range. Throw Grenade.
Exactly the same way as everyone used to in Titan Legions.

Vertical Maneuvering Equipment / Omni-Directional Mobility Gear, obviously.

Tailor the DE to deal with the void shields, and have the wraithguard's str D templates take out the warlord. Building on this, if you can take an unbound army, I think you can get 8 Raiders with 5 Wraithguard + 1 Warlock in each (250 points a unit). The Warlock in each one could increase the Jink save to 3+ with Primaris Conceal, so just parade around him constantly jinking while the WG can still fire at full BS. I think D only ignore Jink Saves on a 6 so you may not even be losing 1 raider per turn. This knowledge courtesy of playing Mike twice!

I'm pretty sure you can only cast Wychfires out of transports, which would mean no cover bonus... however, to that end, are the majority of the Titan's weapons blasts? Raiders certainly have the speed to get inside the effective minimum range by turn 2 at the latest.
Actually Deep Striking would be far less risky, since an 18" turbo-move should be enough correction space to put you at its feet, as in two turns the Titan can probably drop most of those Raiders, jink or no. So the real trick is hiding one out of LoS (a venom maybe?) to hold down the fort long enough for your reserves to arrive, and then lay in with all the D you can muster.

Exactly, just DS in and bam, dead titan.
