Aside from the fact that I just like writing lists, I'm still trying to figure out how I want to build my raptors force up. This is what I've come up with for the moment:

Raptors' Chapter Tactics:
Strike from the Shadows: Non-vehicle Raptors models that do not begin the game in a Transport vehicle have the Shrouded special rule until the start of the second game turn. When rolling to see whether the Night Fighting mission special rule is in effect during game turn 1, you may add 1 to the result if your army contains at least one Raptor unit. Legendary Marksman: Any unit with this special rule that does not move in the Movement phase of their turn may choose to gain the Rending special rule when firing in the Shooting phase of that turn with boltguns, combi-weapons fired as boltguns or bolt pistols. When using this rule, all boltguns, combi-weapons used as boltguns and bolt pistols fired are counted as being Heavy 1 weapons instead of Rapid Fire or Pistol type weapons for that turn. |
