Need some advice for my next buy

Ok so with the new SM codex out for awhile now I am looking to expand my forces. What will be happening is one more drop pod, one more assault squad and two more Dev squads so I can use Ye Old Skyhammer.

Beyond that I am a bit torn. I was considering picking up about 14 bikes and doing a beat stick on a Harley with two bike squads as troops, or adding more tac squads in drop pods, or just picking up more drop pods so my whole army could do the Steel rain.

Just looking for some thoughts from you guys.

I currently own 

• 4 tactical squads With Rhinos for each.
• 2 Dev Squads with every weapon under the sun in groups of 4
  
• 1 Sternguard squad
  
• 1 full assault squad
  
• 15 Legio Custodus minis from Kabuki that are gonna be counts as Honor Guard
• 3 Whirlwinds
• 1 Vindicator
• 5 Termies...and God Emperor I wish they didn't suck
• 1 Libby
• 3 Grav Cents
• 1 Drop pod
• 2 Dreads
