By buying my old toys.
I have:
Necrons up the waazoo. Circa 2004.
Monolith in box, I used the base piece a few times, the rest is still on sprue 32 warriors in various stages of completeness, most unpainted 8 scarab bases 4 Destroyers, also in various stages of completeness Destroyer Lord in box 2 Spyders, 1 still in blister pack, 1 assembled and base-coated 1 lord 1 blister of metal scarabs
Chaos Space Marines (they were going to be Night Lords): 14 Marines on sprues 8 Marines with Night Lords heads (and 1 more set of helmet wings) 1 Night Lords Hero (probably where those wings are supposed to go) 1 Terminator Lord
Fantasy Starter Armies from the box sets: Dwarfs plus a few metal miners and drunken dwarfs and the original White Dwarf Goblins Skaven High Elves (on sprues) Some goblin and dwarf "terrain" (a pony cart and idol and fence, that intro sort of stuff)
The first 3 have been assembled and the dwarfs have some primer/paint splashed on them
Tomb Kings Battalion (circa 2010, but looks unchanged from the current GW listing) Assembled spearmen & bowmen Others still on sprue Metal Ushabti (a gift I never got to painting)
Various undead miniatures going back to the late 90s: Mummies Lich Ghosts Wraiths Skeletons with Halberds (but I think they were supposed to be higher than "normal" skeletons) etc, etc, etc

I might be interested in those aforementioned destroyers, and almost certainly a spider or two
