And decided that, with all my harlequins being added to my eldar forces, it only made sense to officially expand my eldar detachment as well - but to go the extra mile on top of it. As most of you already know, the farseer on jetbike and 6 windriders I have at my disposal, and the wraithlord and wraithknight I have, are converted and painted to look like dark eldar versions of the same. Well why stop there? And why only let the Dark eldar have the fun? So I plan on doubling up on what I already have, and painting them all crazy like the harlequins, as well as adding to the eldar force, painting some units like my DE, some like my harlies, etc. I want to add: - Harlequin farseer jetbike
- Harlequin windriders (3-6)
- Harlequin Wraithknight
- Dark Eldar/Harlequin wave serpents (1 of each)
- Dark Eldar/Harlequin dire avengers (5 of each for said wave serpents)
- Dark Eldar war walkers (3, just have always wanted to have these models)
- Dark Eldar Fire Dragons (5)
- Harlequin Warp Spiders (10)
Somebody talk me out of it. Also, if not talking me out of it, any cool conversion ideas to make the models stand out? Anybody see some cool conversions on the webs for inspiration that aren't just from the front page of a google search?

I saw that guy on google, I'm not so sure I want to go that far into the patch-work quilt look; I really want to keep the patters on all my harlie stuff to a minimum; thinking about taking your advice Russel, and doing them up with that orange/grey scheme of that one DE warrior I had in my bag at Wanderers two weeks ago. Probably do a dark purple for the coats/collars, and then off-set arms/legs in either black highlighted with grey, or that deep blue grey color, with bright orange diamond patterns. Will likely carry that over to the wraithknight as well - make him all blue-grey, with bright orange diamond/plaid elements to break up the monotony of it all. But, that is bad ass, and definitely takes some skill - I just don't want it to look like a rainbow threw up on my $115 model...woof. Going for this type of look, but more diamond patterned etc.

You should get some wraithlords, as well.
...and wraithguard.
...
...just make a wraith army.

I mean 5 dark eldar and 5 harlequin wraithguard with dscythes webway portalling into the battle with an archon, shadowseer and death jester, for 10 template weapon hits plus a S8 AP2 blaster and a s6 AP2 neurodisruptor, plus the 2+ wound from the shrieker cannon, and a resulting -6 LD check to the damage we cause? Nah, sounds stupid. Who would want that.
Sold.

Russell, what's the wraith box set that GW used to have? I'm going to try to see if Aileen can still order one, since iirc they were limited time only or whatever. Didn't that come with a wraithknight, two wraitlords, and like 15 wraithguard? Would be clutch.
