Welp, I've now got enough Harlies ordered to get me started on a Masque or about 4/6 of the formations leaked from the codex. I really like the idea of the Fear/LD shenanigans they can dish out, and I think that's complimented well with Dark Eldar as allies. So, here's what I'm thinking for 1850:

Total - 220 (Dark Eldar) + 1628 (Harlequins) = 1848
Archon, Warlord's unit, God's Eye DJ and Masked Shadowseer go in the raider together. Everything within 6" is at -4 LD, and -2 within 12". Anything wounded by the DJ, is also subject to -2LD and it stacks...so if I can get my boat within 6" of an enemy unit and cause a wound, they're testing morale at -6 LD. Which is awesome. Also they have Adamantium Will to help deny witchfires aimed at them.
Shadowseer spells are potent, and thanks to Veil of Tears as the primaris each of my Harlie units can rely on the enemy being unable to shoot them outside of 24", and given averages they should be safe from enemy fire outside of 14" reliably. If I happen to get any of the fun powers that mess with LD, then my -4LD bomb becomes even more potent.
Solitaire is great at anti tank...6's to hit cause auto-glance, plus his special relic Kiss means that to-wounds of 5+ cause ID. And he gets rerolls to hit. He's fragile though, even with eternal warrior, so I need to make sure he can stay in cover and get up the field. Being able to run and charge in the same turn after turn 2 is going to be helpful for him - he can blitz (moving turn#D6 inches) then run D6 (rerolling for fleet), then charge allowing him to clear a TON of the board in a single turn.
Likewise, the 2 carresses in each troupe unit mean that, shoud I need to clear a vehicle, they can auto-glance it on 6's to hit. On average each troupe should be popping out 1-2 HPs per round, alongside the S6 from the kisses to help break AV10-12 vehicles.
Dark lance from the raider, and Prism Cannons from the voidweavers are dedicated to taking out AV13-14. Not super reliable, at S8 lance and S7 lance respectively, but at least AV13-14 is pretty few and far between. Anything AV10-12 can be taken out reliably with the number of shuriken cannons I have at my disposal - 2 from the DJs, 4 from the starweavers, 4 from the jetbikes, and 3-6 more from the voidweavers (depending on fancy maneuvering to get the ass-cannon in range/arc of enemy units).
Now to come up with a scheme...I'm leaning towards the Masque of the Twisted Path, showcased in last weeks WD. Lots of deep purples, burgundies, and black/orange diamond patterns. Light grey wraithbone for their weapons, masks, belts, and backpacks. Couldn't find pics online, but I'll post some pics in my Feb Challenge thread this week.
