Someone actually Math'd it out. The 'ceptor has a higher chance of periling than of actually causing wounds - at least from Ld7 on.

For chaos it has to be the Warp Talons. They just deep strike and die every time. For the Sisters its likely the Celestine squad. A str 3 group of humans with CCWs is not a close combat unit, but the codex really wants them to be.
