Apparently the book went up on itunes over the weekend (hinting that this past saturday would have been the street date of the book, had it not been kept in China with shipping issues). Some people were able to buy it, here's what we know so far:

I will of course be buying the battletome when it comes out as well. I just like having the images so I can plan my armies and maybe even get a game or two in with the new book since we don't actually know when its officially coming in from China still.
Overall it seems like a more balanced army than before - alarielle is more expensive but not aggressively so, has had some of her healing reigned in but is still as powerful as you'd expect a 660 point goddess to be. She's no longer autotake, but still very good, just needs more support from the rest of the army instead of being a 1 man army on her own which is good for the game.
Durthu is still good - no longer able to act as a lightning rod for wounds though, so just a beatstick instead of hybrid beatstick + guardian. Drycha is way way better - more expensive by 100 points, but vastly improved in terms of damage output and control, no longer having to roll lucky on random abilities to get the best out of her.
Spite revenants are battleline and got cheaper, they're going to be really really good. Dryads are better, but same price. Tree revenants are better, and same price. Kurnoth hunters are same price for all 3 versions, and mostly unchanged (though the swords got way better).
I'm glad they got rid of the mega battalions and switched them to Glade Abilities like the idoneth enclaves and stormcast chambers etc. Early winners I think are dreadwood and harvestboon glades, but I'm not sure if we'll see any of them played since they do the same thing as the idoneth ones ie lock you into a command trait and a relic, though some of them seem pretty ok.
Battalions are slimmed down and made simpler which is good - sylvaneth had like 20 battalions and super battalions, so making them easier to digest and getting it down to just 5 is perfect. Wish there was a new one with the new arch revenant and some hunters, but overall what we have is more or less what we had in the old book. Outcasts is going to be a good fit for a dreadwood glade and drycha focused army, harvestboon with arch revenants to stack +1 attack buffs is going to be really good on Alarielle or a big honking unit of dryads or hunters.
Endless spells look fun but nothing to write home about - GW continues the pattern of creating damage dealing spells that aren't as good as the aethervoid pendulum, so everyone should just keep taking the pendulum. I do really like the -1LD tree though, you can easily get enemy units down to like -3 Ld and in a position to lose 2d3 additional models when they fail battleshock using drycha and spite revenants. Could be a lot of fun!
