I'll be hosting a games day at my place Saturday, June 14th. I have one table available with room for one more if someone is willing to bring it over. If people are willing, we could run a game of Triumph and Treachery or Storm of Magic. We can order some pizza and drink some adult beverages on what promises to be a day full of glorious miniature battles. The festivities will begin at 1 pm. I live about two blocks east of where NDG (near Oakdale and Broadway). Feel free to bring 40k, Fantasy, or any other game you want to play. Please post on this thread if you plan on attending that way I know how many people to expect. Just message me if you need my address or directions. EDIT:
Points Limits:
- Players = 2000 pts
- Mercs = 400 pts
Feel free to bring a 2400 pts list as well or even your own mercs as the scenario may change depending on how many people show up.

Ah, I didn't realize it was father's day. If it works for everyone, we could move it to either Friday night or Sunday. Thoughts?

Figured I would post some pictures of our epic Triumph and Treachery battle. Needless to say, I enjoyed the rule set for Triumph and Treachery especially since the treachery cards added a much needed variable to the game. At the end of the day, it was a sweeping victory for Kuma and is full Nurgle Daemons army. The final paychest totals are as follows: PayChestsKuma (Chaos Daemons) - 3650 Josh (Warriors of Chaos) - 1250 Jake (Tomb Kings) - 500 DeploymentThe deployment definitely decided the game as Jake deployed in the middle with his tomb kings will Kuma and I deployed on opposite corners. Needless to say, Jake had a lot of Daemons and Warriors to face in the first couple of turns. Turn 3
For turn 3, I was able to kill Kuma's Soul Grinder with some magic, this was a huge victory since it was tough 7. As you can see from the middle of the board, the tomb kings are getting rocked by Kuma's army. Additionally, I try to move my warriors into a better position in order to react to both the Nurgle Dogs coming at me as well as the tomb kings reserves coming on the board. Turn 6Within turn 6, I was able to finally kill off Kuma's caster with my Khorne warriors while the tomb kings army is down to some cavalry. The Nurgle Daemons are too far away on the board to advance to me in time for additional victory points. All in all it was a fun game that lasted upwards of 6 hours. We played it out unto the finish with Kuma ultimately sweeping the game with his massive pay chest.
