Going to lay out the first list I took since the codex drop (aka basically the 1250 list I was building toward), and an adjusted version that I think will add a bit more viability to the build. Gird your loins, as there's not much difference between the two.
The First:

First list, the Master jumped in with the 3rd Skyweaver, and it was a generic 'gunboat harlequins' list. Fast, dirty, with some support characters. I like the feel of it, but the second brings a bigger blob (all of 10 bodies) that will see a bigger benefit to strategems, reduce the power of enemy interrupts, and be a focal point for the HQ buffs. Veil of Tears will be a key power on this group, and I actually think Fog of Dreams would be a decent secondary (the range may be a problem) to really deter enemy shooting at this unit... Webway Dance may be a better option since I want the 'seer within 6" anyway. But it opens some options.
I played the +1A-on-the-charge masque for ease, and as expected it's just generally good, if less interesting than some other options. Plays well with both lists. May toy with other Forms, but step one is get general units/strat down, and remembering to charge with the Solitaire (neverforget).
