Hey guys - the mods over at /r/Warhammer are hosting an AMA with Gav Thrope, formerly of the GW design studio and now a black library author and freelance author, on Friday Nov 3rd at 8pm GMT (2pm CST if my math checks out). Gav is a huge get - he has written some of the most memorable 40k and Fantasy novel series, such as: - The Sundering trilogy (my personal favorite!!!)
- Anaerion, the Sundering prologue
- Grudge Bearer
- The Last Chancers
- The Path of the Eldar trilogy
- Over a dozen Horus Heresy books including Corax, Raptor, Angels of Caliban, Deliverance Lost, and Raven's Fligh
He also wrote the novelization of the Storm of Chaos campaign from the early 2000s, the 4th editon Chaos Space marine codex, and the infamous 5th edition Grey Knights codex. He's been all over the place, is a font of knowledge, and it will be really cool to get to interact with him and ask him questions about my favorite series.
Wanted to give everyone a heads up in case they wanted to find time to log on and ask him some questions as well!

Yeah it's happening tomorrow! And then in December Aaron Dembski-bowden is doing one too. Really cool stuff, the Gav one was super cool to read through.
