Rumor has it that Saint Celestine is gone / not in the book? That would be a shame in my opinion. If she's not in the book, I'd imagine she'll be re-released in a supplement at some point.

Remember this isn't a Sisters Codex, its just one detachment to represent the force that would fight along side an Inquisitor. I suspect that Celestine will make a reappearance as a big box Monstrous Creature at some point. Likely a duel kit Celestine/Living Saint as in the fluff there is more then one living saint.

It looks like they responded to a comment saying this is supposed to replace the current Sisters codex, but of course I don't know if they're missing something else or if more supplements are coming etc

Yeah she's already permanently gone from the store. I was really excited for this codex but early reports make it seem like a quick compilation with some small detachments rather than a well-thought out new coordinated rules set. Apparently the sisters codex is just copy-pasted in there.

From what I've read on B&C, most/all of the Sisters changes have been negative, taking away most of the good to decent close combat options the codex had. Hopefully changes won't be so bad as the leaks suggest.

I think that most of your army (from what I know?) will still be a go...the 4-girl heavy flamer squad, the 4-girl melta gun squads. The outflanking, even the ignores cover prayer thing. I it the war hymns in combat that let you re-roll hits and saves that's reportedly gone?

Yeah, it won't be a huge deal. The somewhat broken re-roll everything war hymns are still in, but the squad that combined all the different non-Sisters combat models (arco-flagellants, death cult assassins, and crusaders) might have been busted into three different units rather than one, synergistic unit. Also the HQ might have lost the eviscerator. And Celestine is gone. We'll see what's just speculation based on the leaks and what's the actual case come... whenever it actually releases. The vast majority of my army will still be valid.

With the leaked pictures that are out today you can see that the henchmen are divided into seperate squads now, however, you can take a formation that combines them back into a unit with an inquisitor. Here is the combined super unit:

I was talking more about the Ecclesiarchy Battle Conclave, which appears to be broken up but is also still in the table of contents, so, who knows. I'm probably just lamenting and catastrophizing in advance of the release.
Edit: Turns out it wasn't really much of a change aside from Celestine being removed and the Battle Conclave going from a unit to a formation. This is what I get for listening to rumors.

Looks like the new Sister's Character is pretty cool: How about some precision shot Exorcists and Meltaguns. Nothing like instantly deleting HQs and Special Weapon, seems like a nice buff to me for only 85pts.
