This is my first attempt at a list and I'd appreciate some feedback! I am limited by the models I have, so I can't really add much more. I just want to know if this is a viable option?

Solid start. You might consider a teleport homer to get your terminators where you want them.

What about swapping out one of the marine Sergeants power fist for a teleport homer (on scouts) and melta bombs on one of the tac squads?

I'm a believer that melta bombs are never useful on tactical squads. As far as close combat weapons on the tacticals are concerned, I think you would be better served with giving the sergeant a fancy gun, but if you like how the close combat weapons look, go with them!
