I shall be there, and can bring terrain too. 10 might be early, it might not be early. We shall see how the morning goes....

TERRAIN FOR THE TERRAIN GOD.
Hey jojos,
I think I'm going to be a little late. We just moved and are currently knee deep in bullshit. And by "a little late" I mean like an hour or two. I'm okay with someone being a proxy for me, but my stats aren't really worth it.
Thanks cheeses. And by proxy, all I do is set stuff up a little bit and say hi to Aileen.

I plan on being there at ten. I don't know what I'll set up but I am confident I can say hello to Aileen

As far as we know, Aileen still isn't there. We're at Starbucks on Lincoln waiting and writing our screenplays.

Thanks to everyone who came out, it was a damn good time. Perhaps we can all play games more often?
In other news, Aileen is totally cool with us storing terrain there, that place has a huge basement. The only thing is that it's damp and gross, so she highly recommends we secure a wooden pallet on which to place the boxes we would keep there. Does anyone maybe have access to something like that?

Wooden pallets are great, but tend to be large and hard to carry around.
Milk crates, however, are light, easy to carry, *and* easily located from your friendly neighborhood grocery chain (usually at the back docks, when no one is looking). There's no worry of bugs that live in that damp, gross basement getting into/eating through plastic (rather than wood), and they sit about a foot above the floor, giving that extra few inches (if you know what I mean) of protection.
Mainly, though, they're easily found and carried.
I really would love to stop by this place sometime. SOMEONE FIND ME A JOB WHERE I DON"T WORK WEEKENDS. Smooches.

With the cuban restaurant once a month, and Wanderers once a month, we should just find another place to add into the rotation and go nuts. So far, love both places - and Aileen is amazing. Great space, great host, loves it. Almost as much as I love 3 hive tyrants (ZOMG). I almost don't even need a freaking crone...but lets be real, I need it.

My initial misgivings about the store were mostly in the department of not having a wide selection of products. I think if we keep it up we may yet easily find that this becomes less of an issue. All things considered though it's not a bad place to be. Plus Aileen seems pretty willing to give us a home and integrate us into her larger community, which is always a plus.

She has ordered a bunch of stuff for me and she is very quick about getting it in. It also isn't immediately obvious how much stock they have because it is all squished in a corner. Most key boxes are there if you have a root around.
