Doug basecoats his PC builds with a brush Extremely important clarification. I thought for a second that you were insinuating Doug "The Imperial Primer" himself uses spray cans in any priming job.

Madison, remember that if you're assembling a computer, burning incense and proper chanting are fundamental to assuring that the machine spirit works correctly. Otherwise, the devise will just be a box containing bits of wire, plastic, and silicon.

All hail generous Autochthon, primodial origin of all technology. Both physical embodiment and overseeing master of the Elsewhere realm of Autochothonia... I don't suppose anyone else here ever played Exalted?

Threadomancy!
I'm doing a new build since my motherboard keeps crapping out on me, and Tim I'm wondering if you have experience transferring a Windows license to a new ssd?
I'm upgrading the mobo cpu and gpu and switching to a Samsung 500gb ssd. I'd prefer to just be able to backup and reimage my entire system to the new drive, but since it's an oem license that came preinstalled on the current hdd that I bought in combo with my mobo I'm not sure I can...

I am pretty sure that you can't transfer a key from a preinstalled Windows. My previous computer was prebuilt and I ended up having to buy a new copy of Windows.

Yeah, that's what I'm gathering around the net today as well. C'est la vie - I guess having a fresh install isn't the worst thing in the world. Thanks for the help!

Got a discounted copy of Windows 10 through work, already pulled the trigger lol but Nathan at some point I need you to show me how that works, so I can avoid having to start fresh in the future.
